Energy systems commissioning
The energy commissioning of buildings is a process that intervenes at the final stage of building’s construction, involving engineering techniques and procedures to check, inspect and test every operational energy component.
Our service consists in reviewing and documenting the commissioning technical specification, project information, system diagrams and start-up testing results in the frame of a LEED Certification. The commissioning supervision services includes:
LEED EA prerequisite 1 “Fundamental Commissioning of Building Energy Systems”
Requires to complete the commissioning (Cx) process activities for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and renewable energy systems and assemblies, in accordance with ASHRAE Guideline 0-2005 and ASHRAE Guideline 1.1–2010 for HVAC&R Systems, as they relate to energy, water, indoor environmental quality, and durability
LEED EA credit 3 “Enhanced Commissioning”
Requires to implement, or have in place a contract to implement additional commissioning process activities to those required under EA Prerequisite Fundamental Commissioning and Verification
